​Rose Bente Aquatic Center Policies
  • Current students, faculty, and staff with a valid Marymount University ID are permitted to use the swimming pool. ID needs to be shown to staff upon entering the pool.

  • Proper bathing attire is required.

  • Waiver of liability form is required to be signed upon entering the pool.

  • Current students, faculty and staff with a valid Marymount University ID are permitted to bring one guest. The guest is required to sign the waiver liability form upon entering the pool.

  • No food or drinks allowed on the pool deck.

  • No running, shoving or horseplay in general is permitted.

  • No diving from the shallow end.

  • Training equipment, with the exception of kickboards, are reserved for swim team use only.

  • Circle swim when there are more than two persons per lane.

  • All activities are subject to the lifeguards discretion.

  • No rafts or other flotation devices. Children in the pool with a flotation device (water wings, life jacket, etc.) must be accompanied in the water by an adult.

  • All children using the pool must be accompanied by an adult with a valid Marymount ID. All children must be toilet trained (no diapers permitted).

​Marymount Swim School

Marymount Swim School in Arlington, Virginia are dedicated to providing a swim camp that is both instructional and informational along with creating a great atmosphere to learn! The coaching staff here at Marymount University prides itself on teaching the sport of swimming to athletes of all ages and ability levels. The mechanics and drills that are taught at our camp are used with our college athletes. We are determined to provide the best possible learning experience for our campers.
