FITNESS CLASS SCHEDULE

TRX is a low impact suspended trainer.  That means no external weight, just your body weight!  This class is meant for every fitness level from beginner to experienced.  Our certified TRX personal trainer will guide you through each class for a total body workout designed to help you become stronger and healthier!  Classes generally last 45-60mins.

TRX

SPIN is a low impact cardio cycle class.  SPIN is open to all fitness levels and allows you to spin at the resistance of your choice.  Our certified SPIN instructors keep the class upbeat with high intensity music to keep you moving!  Classes generally last 45-50mins.

SPIN

Each session provides varied exercises designed for high intensity workouts with a certified personal trainer.  Using different styles of equipment to keep you guessing and stimulated each time you attend.  CIRCUIT will focus on the total body while helping you increase strength and become healthier.  Classes generally last 45-60mins.

Bootcamp
