Group Fitness 

Group Fitness offers an exciting way to get in shape, relax, and stay motivated while reaching your fitness goals. Enjoy a variety of workouts in one of our five studios. Programming available for all levels and FREE with a valid MU ID Card.

This Semester Marymount will be offering a series of outdoor group fitness classes. All Group Fitness classes will require pre-registration using Imleagues.com of the below QR Code that will direct you to imleagues.com.

  • Participants must bring their own equipment for all group fitness classes and any class that is cancelled in-person will be offered via Zoom.

  • Participants must wear a must during the activity and maintain social distancing practices.

  • Participants must follow all will be asked to be prepared to show the “Safe” checkmark via the Daily Health Screening, check-in at the front desk of the building and use hand sanitizer upon entering and throughout their visit.  Everyone is expected to follow all Marymount University policies and the Campus-Wide Health & Safety Protocols.

How to Enroll:

Step 1:

Use QR Code to go to IMleagues.com

Create account on imleagues.com

Step 2:

Choose the Fitness Tab

Select "Sign-up" for the yoga session you would like to attend

Step 3:

You are now enrolled in the class.

Need to Cancel: Follow the steps and choose "Unregister"

Inclement Weather:

In the case of inclement weather, all classes have a Zoom Link inside the class registration that you can click to have class in the comfort of your own hom

Group Fitness

Class Description

Restorative Yoga: is a gentle class with the aid of props- blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps. The temperature in the room is cooler, so dress warm and comfortable. This practice is great for anyone looking to slow down, to relieve stress, to calm the excessive mind chatter, or even those recovering from injuries.

Vinyasa Yoga:  is a dynamic system of practicing asanas (poses). ... This practice focuses on the synchronization of breath & the continuous flow of movement. Vinyasa is a strong practice that builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and mental focus. This class can be strenuous; may be appropriate for beginners.
